Technical Drawings: Understanding different types of drawings, including shop drawings, construction drawings, and site plans • Building Codes and Regulations: Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and relevant standards to ensure compliance. • • Geotechnical Engineering: Soil testing, foundation design, slope stability analysis. Structural Analysis and Design: Understanding of structural principles and ability to perform calculations for elements like beams and columns. Construction Management: Project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, time management.
