Job Profile - Electrical Engineer Location- Partapur (Meerut) Salary - Up to 27k Experienced - 3 year + Full job description The role of an Electrical Engineer in the Manufacturing industry is vital for the development, design, and maintenance of electrical systems and components that are crucial for various operations. These professionals are primarily responsible for ensuring that electrical designs are functional, sustainable, and safe. They collaborate closely with other engineering staff to create systems from conceptual stages through to implementation. Key Responsibilities Electrical Engineers are tasked with several key responsibilities that ensure the efficiency and safety of electrical systems. These include: Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems, focusing on safety, efficiency, and reliability. Analyzing electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Directing and coordinating manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Supervising or training project team members as necessary. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation purposes. Key Tasks and Duties In their daily operations, Electrical Engineers undertake a variety of tasks that include: Inspecting completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards. Maintaining electrical equipment. Working with project managers on production efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget. Education and Certification Requirements To qualify for a position as an Electrical Engineer, candidates must meet specific educational and certification standards: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering can be advantageous for more advanced positions. Continuing education to keep up with rapid technological changes is necessary for career advancement.
