Job Description

Critical skills : Good command over circuiting and improving the designed products. Knowledge of production processes, including handling of raw materials and quality control Ability to reconstruct the inbuilt design in order to increase the product efficiency. Plenty innovative ideas and implementing the same to enhance the product efficiency Experience of handling the vendors, managing the contracts, staff development and management, quality check of the products. Technical experience in creating and preserving the blueprints. Ability to work as part of a team to develop and implement systems, as well as troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems Hard-working and punctual with ability to control the complete team with comfort and ease. Reasoning, analysis, and critical thinking Strong computational skills. Key Result Areas: Plan and schedule periodic maintenance of electrical equipment Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities Improve operational availability of machines Define spare requirement and initiate procurement of spares in advance Prepare MIS for maintenance expenditure and other parameters Coordinate among production, purchase and engineering for immediate closure of issues Take lead in installation and commissioning of electrical machines in plant Take lead in day to day trouble shooting of electrical problems. Vehicle Compulsory(Bike)
