3-5 Years Not disclosed by Recruiter Chandigarh Job Description Conceptualize and prepare Electrical systems for Construction and Material handling Equipments. Prepare schematics and electrical circuits for various products in range. Selection of standard parts like Lamps, Instrument clusters, Switches, Motors, Relays, fuses, GPS, rear view camera etc. to meet electrical systems requirements. Knowledge of emission norms and work experience on BSIV/BSV engines electrical installation is must. Prepare root cause analysis report and make necessary design changes to resolve electrical systems performance and field issues. Prepare design changes to meet Value engineering and Improvement objectives. Use 2D & 3D CAD modeling to create harnesses, sub assemblies and preparing engineering drawings. Use CAD software like SolidEdge, SolidWorks, Inventor, NX, AutoCAD, data management tools like Teamcenter for PLM activities. Participate in testing to ensure successful functioning of electrical circuit, durability and reliability of the electrical systems. Coordinate with proto-shop, manufacturing and assembly functions to ensure design intent and cost effectiveness of production are achieved.
