Reports To- Project Head / Operations ManagerExperience5-10 years (preferred in beverage/FMCG plant installations)Role OverviewThe Site Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of beverage plant automation and utility installation projects at customer sites. This includes managing mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work streams, meeting project timelines, coordinating daily with both the internal team and client representatives, and maintaining full control over site planning, safety, and reporting.Key Responsibilities- Project Execution & Site Supervision- Planning & Documentation- Project Scheduling & Deadlines- Coordination & Communication- Resource & Contractor Management- Safety & Compliance

Qualifications & Skills Required- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation- Experience: 5-10 years in site execution roles, preferably in beverage/FMCG/utility automation projects- Tools: MS Project / Excel, AutoCAD reading, basic PLC panel familiarity- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, daily reporting, multitasking- Mobility: Willingness to travel to remote sites and stay during project duration- Safety Awareness: Familiar with work permits, LOTO, confined space and electrical safety practices Performance Indicators- % project completed vs target timeline- Number of safety incidents (target = 0)- Customer satisfaction / issue escalations- Accuracy and consistency of daily reports- Coordination with office and vendors Additional Notes- Site manager must be available full-time on-site until project handover.- Ability to handle pressure, cross-functional teams, and last-minute changes is critical.- Experience with bottling lines, CIP, WTP/STP, or process skids is a plus.
