Electrical Automation Engineer

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop system architecture based on provided P&ID diagrams.

· Prepare detailed I/O (Input/Output) listings from P&IDs.

· Select appropriate electrical hardware for PLC panels, including overload relays, MCBs, relay cards, contactors, and related components.

· Perform panel wiring checks based on electrical drawings.

· Work with Siemens PLCs (Smart S-200, S7-1200, S7-1500, E-200) for configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.

· Handle Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi PLCs for automation projects.

· Modify and update ladder logic programs in existing projects.

· Design and develop ladder logic programs from scratch based on the control philosophy provided.

· Create, modify, and optimize HMI screens for seamless operator interaction.

· Implement and configure remote monitoring systems for online PLC program access and modifications.

Key Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi).

· Expertise in ladder logic programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and control philosophies.

· Hands-on experience in electrical hardware selection and panel wiring verification.

· Experience with remote access / SCADA integration for online PLC monitoring.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility:

· Bachelor’s / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming, automation, and control systems.

· Certification in PLC programming or industrial automation will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
