Electrical and Mechanical Engineer

DESIGNATION: MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: DME with 5 yrs expierience in HANDLING CNC,VMC,CUTTING MACHINE , AIR COMPRESSOR, EOT CRANE,SPM'S AND MANUAL MACHINES.

SKILL REQUIRED: Understanding of equipment and system, Knoweldge in different maintenance techniques,Attention to details,Understanding safety regulations,Knoweldge of maintenance software and tools,Good communication skill, creating maintenance procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Planning and Carrying out schedule maintenance.

2.Responding to emergencies.

3.Diagnosing Faults.

4.Repairing equipments and testing repairs.

5.Ordering specialist components & fittings.

6.Creating Maintenance procedures.

7.Knowelege in shop floor layout

8.Sound Knoweldge on ISO-TS16949 Documentation.

9.Develop & Implement a preventive, periodic and Predictive Maintenance schedule for all machines and checlist with history card.

10.Sound Knoweldge in MTTR and MTBF.

11.Rresponsible for Monitoring and Controlling maintenance cost of all machines.

12.Responsible to Carrying out routine /Schedule maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.

13.Good working experience on Installation and Commissioning of New Machinery.

14.Working experience in Auto cad and Solid works added advantage

15.Should able to attend the breakdown individually.

16.Responsible for maintaining sustaining reliable performance of instruments and machinery, safety, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance and warranty coverage.

17Cultivate proficiency in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
