As a candidate for the position of DG Preventive Maintenance, Compressor Preventive Maintenance, and Poka-Yoke Functioning Checking, you will be responsible for attending machine breakdowns and services. Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of process controls and improvements. Your role will also include carrying out preventive maintenance tasks, recording daily electricity consumption, calculating power factor, and maintaining records of diesel consumption and electrical spares. You will be required to update the electrical spares consumption register, record DG running details, and carry out yearly preventive maintenance for electrical equipment. Furthermore, you will play a key role in predictive maintenance and handling breakdowns of CNC, VMC, and SPM machines. The ideal candidate for this position should have knowledge of the latest technologies used in machines and prior experience in handling breakdowns of CNC, VMC, and SPM machines. Spare part planning and procurement experience would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and provident fund. The job may involve day shift, morning shift, night shift, or rotational shift schedules. Performance bonuses may also be available.
