Final inspection Supervisor

Job Summary
01.Follow Daily Despatch Schedule Model wise and In line with PPC Plan.02.Allocate Machine wise Man Power based on Customer requirement. 03.Carry out inspection as per SOP periodically.04.Follow with Powder Coating and load distribute to Tapping Machines.05.Ensure components should be inspected as per SOP by Line Inspectors.06.Identify line rejections/ Rework parts and record in NC register.Carryout work activities on Rework components on daily basis. 07.Dispose line rejections on shift basis.Record Re work / Final Rejections in NC Register at the end of shift.08.Ensure all SOP’S and related documents are in position.09.Conduct Patrol Inspection as per SOP Segregate Reject / Rework Components and Re work parts. 10.Maintain & Improve Gauge handling.Charge handover to Reliever and submit Report to HOD Responsibilities and Duties

2 to 5 years experience in Final inspection Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
