Job Description

  • Do Design & Testing of MCC PCC, PDB, Change over panel.
  • Project Management includes Planning, Designing, Documentation & Testing Documentation of various aspects including Inspection Call, Inspection Report, Test Reports, Minutes Of Meeting, Fabrication & Painting sheet,
  • Estimation and Costing of Project
  • Designing of General Arrangement Diagram, Single Line Diagram and develop AutoCAD drawings of Power & Control Wiring of Electrical Control Panel as per customer requirement.
  • Done Testing & Troubleshooting of Control Panel
  • Study the customer specification.
  • Preparing BOM according to client inquiry.
  • Component selections & suggestion.
  • Design of PLC panel, VFD panel, MCC panel, Pump control & starters.
  • Handle Panel Testing.
  • Preparation of all documents like As built drawing, BOM, Testing Report & Dispatch Report.
  • Knowledge of E-Plan P8 software.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have actual design experience of MCC, PCC, APFC panels of minimum 4-5 years.
  • Should have good knowledge of VFD, VFD panels and experience of designing VFD panels of minimum 3-4 years.
  • Should be actual design experience of PLC panels with PLC, Servo, VFD
  • Knowledge of PLC networking /Remote IO systems, redundant system will be advantage.
  • Should guide manufacturing team while production and ensure to meet time line
  • Should have knowledge of various control panel standards like IP protection, IEC and CE, UL
