We are hiring for one of our lead IT clients for the position of eLearning Training Developer.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing creative and visually appealing eLearning content for training projects. They will work closely with subject matter experts to gather the required information, conduct necessary analysis, and develop interactive eLearning modules.
1. Strong knowledge of Instructional Design principles 2. Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond or similar tools
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Ability to create effective eLearning content and storyboards 5. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
