Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the

  end-to-end deployment

  of the EHS & Sustainability system at client sites, including planning, configuration, testing, and training.
• Analyze client-specific

  EHS and sustainability needs

  to tailor the system configuration, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Customize system

  dashboards, reports, and modules

  to align with client-specific objectives, including compliance tracking, sustainability reporting, incident management, and audit functions.
• Work closely with IT teams to facilitate

  system integrations

  with other enterprise solutions such as ERP, HR, or data management platforms.
• We need domain expert for Software implementation projects to liaison with client and software team for requirements, data and customizations.
• Conduct

  user acceptance testing (UAT)

  and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance before deployment.
• Develop and deliver

  comprehensive training programs

  for client teams to ensure effective system adoption and utilization.
• Provide

  post-deployment support

  , addressing technical inquiries and assisting clients in optimizing system performance.

Continuous System Improvement

• Gather client feedback on system usability,

  identify pain points

  , and work with the product team to drive enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in

  EHS, sustainability, and digital solutions

  to suggest innovative system improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute insights for

  new feature development

  and system updates.

Key Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years

  of experience in

  EHS system implementation, sustainability reporting, or customer support

  within the EHS or environmental sector.
• Prior experience working with

  proprietary software products or SaaS platforms

  is a plus.

• Bachelors degree

  in

  Environmental Science, Sustainability, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field

  .
• EHS & Sustainability certifications such as

  NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, LEED, or GRI

  are highly desirable.
