Job Description

EHS Manager

EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Manager

Key Responsibilities:

EHS Management Systems:
Implement and maintain EHS management systems, specifically
ISO 14001
(Environmental Management) and
ISO 45001
(Occupational Health and Safety).
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant
Indian safety, health, and environmental regulations
.
Policy & Procedure Implementation:
Implement HSE policies, procedures, and conduct thorough risk assessments across operations.
Documentation & Reporting:
Manage document control and reporting for EHS systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Support & Audits:
Provide expert support to property managers regarding safety systems and audits. Prepare for and facilitate
ISO 14001 & 45001 audits
to ensure continuous compliance.
Training & Motivation:
Conduct necessary training programs to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance. Motivate property management teams to effectively implement EHS systems.
Inspections & Investigations:
Perform regular safety inspections and proactively suggest improvements. Assist in incident investigations and recommend effective remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
Data Management & Reporting:
Manage EHS data and provide comprehensive statistical reports to clients.
