What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across various facilities
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Provide EHS training and guidance to employees at all levels
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent EHS standards
Monitor and report on key EHS performance indicators
Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS leadership roles
Strong knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and implement EHS programs
Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in EHS or related field
Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM
Experience in commercial real estate or facilities management
Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards
Multilingual capabilities
Demonstrated leadership in driving cultural change
Experience with digital EHS solutions and data analytics
