CTC : Best in the market Project location : Chennai (HQ) Role : EHS Head Roles at the pan-India level. This position would involve overseeing and implementing EHS practices across various projects and regions within the country Responsibilities : Developing and Implementing EHS Strategies: This includes creating and updating EHS plans, risk assessments, and safe work procedures for projects. Ensuring Legal Compliance: Liaising with legal authorities and ensuring adherence to all relevant EHS regulations and standards. Managing EHS Management Systems: Establishing and implementing EHS management systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated into project operations. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, developing, and delivering training programs for staff, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on EHS topics.
