Job Description:

As the Director of AI Agentic at Indus Trust Bangalore you will lead the integration of autonomous AI systems into a K-12 IB environment, building upon Indus’s existing work with patent-holding humanoid robots like Eagle. You will work alongside a high-caliber team of IITians and design thinking experts to evolve the "Exponential Curriculum" through human-AI collaborative learning.

Positions & Key Responsibilities:

1.Educationist (one position): The ideal candidate would be an experienced academic leader with a background in curriculum design that integrates social-emotional learning, ethics, and "humanness" into standard education frameworks.

· Profile: A person with a doctoral degree in Education or a related field, extensive experience in K-12 or higher education leadership, and a history of implementing innovative pedagogical models focused on holistic development. They should have experience in teacher training and a strong belief in the importance of spiritual and emotional intelligence alongside academic achievement.

· Key Responsibilities - Lead Educationist - The operational head of the EHL. Manages the team, develops the curriculum framework, oversees community project implementation, budget management, and ensures the lab operates like an NGO.
