What You’ll Do

mentoring and guiding students for admissions, building trust, and driving conversions through sales via calling.

• Make outbound & inbound calls to counsel students on courses, colleges, and preparation
  

• Understand their aspirations, challenges, and expectations to provide personalised guidance
  

• Help students understand academic pathways and career outcomes
  

• Use clear communication to build rapport with students and parents
  

• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
  

• Convert interested students into admissions using ethical, value-driven persuasion
  

• Document all conversations in the CRM and maintain accurate records
  

• Collaborate with counselling & operations teams for smooth onboarding
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
  

• Ability to simplify concepts and explain options clearly
  

• Calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  

• Goal-oriented, consistent, and disciplined
  

• Freshers welcome if communication is strong
  

• Strong calling + follow-up approach is mandatory
