Location: Noida Sector-2 Noida Salary Range: 3-4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives Joining Date: 1st July 2025 Roles and Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their academic background and future aspirations. Guide students by suggesting the most appropriate UG/PG programs based on their goals and interests. Handle the complete admissions process—from initial engagement to enrollment and post-admission follow-up. Develop strong rapport with students by offering genuine, needs-based advice and support. Maintain detailed logs of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Requirements: Graduation in any stream; candidates with a background in education or an MBA will be given preference. 6 months to 2 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or business development roles. Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written. Motivated, target-oriented individual with a passion for guiding students. Comfortable working in a result-driven and fast-paced environment.
