Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor at our Lucknow location. The Educational Counselor will engage with prospective students, provide guidance on academic and career opportunities, and counsel students in aligning their education goals with future ambitions. Responsibilities include offering educational consulting, conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, and maintaining detailed records of student interactions. The role also involves enabling students to make informed decisions, engaging with parents, and collaborating with education professionals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Expertise in Career Counseling and Education guidance
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express ideas
• Empathy, patience, and the capacity to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
