Educational Counselor (Sales)

The Education Counselor is responsible for guiding students through the course selection, admission, and enrollment process. This role involves understanding students’ career goals, recommending suitable programs, and achieving admission targets through counseling and relationship building.

• Counsel prospective students through phone calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, and social media leads.
• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, goals, and interests to recommend suitable courses and career paths.
• Explain course details, fees, duration, and job prospects clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and ensure maximum conversion of inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/lead management systems regularly.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional activities, events, and webinars.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets assigned by the management.
• Handle student concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction levels.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with persuasive abilities and a result-driven mindset.
• Good command of English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
