Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven Education Counselor to join our team at Zofico, a growing platform helping students achieve their international dreams through expert IELTS & PTE coaching. ✨ Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads generated through ads, website, and social platforms. Guide students about IELTS & PTE courses, fee structures, batches, and outcomes. Conduct effective counseling calls to understand students’ needs and suggest suitable programs. Follow-up with prospective students and convert them into enrollments. Maintain accurate records of leads, daily calls, and conversions. Coordinate with trainers and support team for demo sessions, timings, and onboarding. ✨ Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pitch confidently and build trust with students. Basic understanding of IELTS/PTE will be an advantage (training will be provided). Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
