We are seeking a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team and help students achieve their desired band scores. If you are enthusiastic about teaching and have a deep understanding of IELTS exam formats and strategies, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive IELTS training sessions (Academic and General) covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Design customized lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials tailored to student needs and current performance levels. Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and conduct mock tests for performance evaluation. Conduct group classes as well as one-on-one sessions depending on learner requirements. Stay updated on changes in the IELTS exam pattern and continuously improve training techniques. Support students in improving their English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, scores, and feedback. Requirements:Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English Language Trainer. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Familiarity with IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria. Ability to engage students effectively and explain complex concepts clearly. Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. Certification in IELTS (preferred but not mandatory). Additional Details:Part-time/ Hour Basis Location: Work from home Mode: Online Pay Structure ₹175/hour (Starting) Up to ₹225/hour based on experience, communication skills, and performance Minimum 4 working hours per day
