Location: Britfort Academy, Kottakkal
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Britfort Academy is hiring a Full-Time IELTS Trainer to deliver high-quality training for students preparing for IELTS Academic and General modules. The trainer will handle daily classes, mock tests, and academic support to help learners achieve their target band scores.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily IELTS classes: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
Prepare lesson plans and structured study materials
Handle batch sessions, one-to-one training, and doubt-clearing sessions
Conduct mock tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide feedback
Guide students on exam strategies and test techniques
Maintain academic records and student progress reports
Participate in academic meetings, training, and curriculum development
Ensure high standards of teaching and consistent student improvement

Requirements

Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format and band descriptors
Bachelor’s degree preferred (English or related field advantageous)
Experience in IELTS training is preferred; freshers with strong English may also apply
Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Additional performance incentives may be provided
