Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Educational Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in education counseling, student engagement, or academic advising. You will play a key role in guiding students toward the right academic and career paths by providing accurate information, empathetic support, and professional counsellor.

Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and admissions processes.
Guide students through the selection of suitable colleges/universities and courses based on their goals.
Stay updated with the latest education trends, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure a smooth admission process.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.
Maintain proper documentation and records of student interactions.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in educational counseling or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of national education systems.
Goal-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple student cases.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
