Job Description

Provide career and academic counselling to students based on their interests, abilities, and goals. Explain courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes to students and parents. Handle walk-ins, enquiries, phone calls, and online queries professionally. Assist students in the admission and enrollment process (application forms, documentation, fee structure). Maintain student database, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely conversions. Conduct seminars, counselling sessions, webinars, and orientation programs. Keep updated with latest educational trends, courses, universities, and career opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationship with students, parents, and educational institutions. Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
