Job Description

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Full-Time | Experience - 1 to 3 years


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.
  • Conduct both

    individual and group counseling sessions

    to guide students through their decision-making process.
  • Take full ownership of the

    sales pipeline

    — from lead generation to closing, including proactive

    cold calling

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Present, promote, and sell

    educational programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in EdTech sales

    or inside sales, ideally in a B2C education-focused environment.
  • Comfortable with

    cold calling

    , target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
