Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist to connect with universities, colleges, and educational organizations in the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch our well-researched student resources (scholarship guides, accessibility content, academic support blogs) to university communications teams, student resource offices, and disability services departments for inclusion on their websites. Key Responsibilities Research and identify target universities/colleges with active News , Student Resources , or Disability Services pages. Find and connect with the right contacts (Communications Specialists, News Editors, Media Relations Officers). Draft and send personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages. Pitch Projectitude’s content as a student resource (not a sales pitch). Build and maintain a database of university partnerships and contacts. Track responses, follow-ups, and live placements. Report weekly progress (contacts made, responses, successful placements). Requirements Proven experience in outreach, link building, digital PR, or university partnerships . Strong communication and persuasive writing skills (English). Ability to research and identify relevant university staff and departments. Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools (Hunter.io, Apollo, etc.), and spreadsheets. Self-motivated and target-driven. Prior experience with education sector outreach (big plus). Understand their assignment needs and guide them through the process of placing an order. Maintain ongoing communication with students to ensure smooth handover to the academic team. Record leads, interactions, and progress in structured trackers. Report daily/weekly performance to the management team. Requirements Prior experience in customer service / inside sales (EdTech or student-facing industries preferred). Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken); other languages like Hindi/Punjabi are a plus. Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools . You will be responsible for creating well-researched, plagiarism-free, and properly formatted academic content across a variety of subjects.
