Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target universities/colleges with active 

  News

  , 

  Student Resources

  , or 

  Disability Services

  pages.
• Find and connect with the right contacts (Communications Specialists, News Editors, Media Relations Officers).
• Draft and send personalized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Pitch Projectitude’s content as a 

  student resource

   (not a sales pitch).
• Build and maintain a database of university partnerships and contacts.
• Track responses, follow-ups, and live placements.
• Report weekly progress (contacts made, responses, successful placements).

Requirements

• Proven experience in 

  outreach, link building, digital PR, or university partnerships

  .
• Strong communication and persuasive writing skills (English).
• Ability to research and identify relevant university staff and departments.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools (Hunter.io, Apollo, etc.), and spreadsheets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Prior experience with 

  education sector outreach

   (big plus).
