Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with students who inquire via 

  WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media channels

  .
• Present Projectitude’s services clearly and confidently to students.
• Understand their assignment needs and guide them through the process of placing an order.
• Maintain ongoing communication with students to ensure smooth handover to the academic team.
• Record leads, interactions, and progress in structured trackers.
• Report daily/weekly performance to the management team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in 

  customer service / inside sales

   (EdTech or student-facing industries preferred).
• Excellent 

  English communication skills

   (written & spoken); other languages like Hindi/Punjabi are a plus.
• Comfortable using 

  WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

  .
• Ability to 

  empathize with students’ challenges

   (tight deadlines, multiple assignments, plagiarism concerns).
• Organized, punctual, and reliable in following processes.
