As a Sales Associate at this Education Sales Industry company, you will play a crucial role in connecting with professionals to help them choose programs that can enhance their careers. Your responsibilities will include: - Connecting with people who are already employed and assisting them in selecting programs that align with their career goals. - Contacting individuals from a provided list and persuading them to enroll in our programs. - Informing professionals about our management courses that cater to their specific needs. - Engaging with candidates through follow-up calls, emails, and personal interactions. - Maintaining a record of individuals interested in our programs. - Achieving the monthly sales targets that have been set. - Following the necessary steps both pre and post making a sale. - Collaborating effectively with the team to drive sales. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in communication in both English and Hindi. - Ability to self-motivate and strive towards achieving your objectives. - A strong passion for sales. - Adaptability to a competitive environment and willingness to learn from it. This full-time position requires you to work from the office in Noida from Monday to Saturday, with shift hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
