Job Description

As the Education Sales Manager for North India at British Safety Council, your primary responsibility is to proactively manage the commercial performance and brand reputation of the Education business in the region. This includes overseeing BSC Certified & Accredited Training Programs and Digital Learning Modules. Your role will involve acquiring new clients in corporate and industrial sectors, engaging with HSE and L&D teams at various levels. Over time, you will be expected to build and manage your client portfolio while continuously driving new sales. Your target customers will include organizations across sectors prioritizing occupational health & safety, environmental sustainability, wellbeing, and development. Your key tasks will include achieving revenue targets for the Education business, maintaining a qualified pipeline of 3 Cr+, developing a portfolio, and driving growth through strategic account development and new client acquisition. You will also be responsible for preparing and executing structured business development plans, hunting for new clients through direct and indirect methods, and presenting solutions aligned with client training needs. Additionally, you will need to build strategic relationships, maintain high-quality sales pipeline and opportunity tracking in Salesforce CRM, continuously develop domain knowledge in safety, learning, compliance, and digital transformation, and execute your health and safety responsibilities in line with management objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA/PGDM or equivalent post-graduation, excellent communication skills, strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to build strong client and internal stakeholder relationships. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B Training Sales, proven success in education/training sales, and a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets through structured processes. Additionally, you should demonstrate professional, credible, and commercially focused behavior, strong business judgment, a strategic mindset, and be data-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated, aligning with the British Safety Council's behavioral framework.,
