About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to engage with academic institutions and promote innovative career development programs. This role involves building strong relationships with colleges, guiding students on career pathways, and managing the complete sales cycle to drive program enrollment.Key Responsibilities:Institutional Engagement: Proactively connect with colleges and universities within your designated area, liaising with Deans, Heads of Departments, and Training & Placement Officers to present the value proposition of career advancement programs.Student Outreach: Plan and conduct informative sessions, workshops, and webinars to introduce students to cutting-edge career opportunities and educational offerings.Career Counseling: Provide personalized guidance to final-year students and recent graduates, helping them map out effective career trajectories and understand how our programs can facilitate their professional growth.Promotion of Online Learning: Advocate for the benefits and unique aspects of online education models to prospective learners.Sales Management: Own the end-to-end sales process for assigned prospects, including outreach via calls or video demonstrations, closing enrollments, and maintaining ongoing relationships post-sale.CRM and Database Maintenance: Accurately document all interactions and updates in the customer relationship management system to ensure seamless lead tracking and follow-up.Candidate Profile:Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.Proven dedication, discipline, and a high level of motivation to exceed targets.Prior experience in EdTech sales or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals.Empathetic and patient listener capable of building trust and rapport with prospective learners.Organized and strategic in managing pipelines, feedback, and priorities.Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role with a passion for career development and sales excellence.
