Education Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential applicants through telephonic, virtual, and written communication channels to understand their educational background and professional goals.
• Review student qualifications and guide them toward suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs that match eligibility standards and future career pathways.
• Explain UG/PG program structures, admission requirements, learning formats, and progression outcomes in a precise and approachable manner.
• Handle application coordination from initial inquiry through final enrollment, ensuring completeness of documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Update and manage student data, communication logs, and application status within the CRM system.
• Conduct scheduled follow-ups to maintain engagement and reduce application drop-offs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; exposure to education services, management, or communications is beneficial.
• Experience of up to 3 years in admissions support, academic advising, education consulting, EdTech enrollment, or client-facing advisory roles is preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify academic information.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple applicants simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
