Education Counselor

We are looking for a motivated Education Counselor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable certification and diploma courses. The role involves counseling, lead follow-ups, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals on certification and diploma programs
• Understand candidate needs and recommend appropriate courses
• Handle inbound and outbound calls (telecalling) to convert leads into enrollments
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Provide information on course structure, duration, fees, and career benefits
• Coordinate with the academic and admissions team
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective learners

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, education counseling, or sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle students and working professionals professionally
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
• Graduate or undergraduate (education background preferred, not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in education, training institutes, or EdTech
• Lead conversion and follow-up skills
• Customer-focused and result-driven approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
