Education Counselor (Inside Sales)

As a Placement Coordinator, your role involves counseling students on educational programs and career opportunities. You will be responsible for assisting students in developing and enhancing their skills for job placements. Additionally, you will organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for career development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, companies, and recruiters. - Coordinating and managing placement activities, including campus recruitment drives. - Providing individualized support and guidance to students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. - Tracking and reporting on student placement progress and outcomes. - Staying updated with industry trends and job market requirements. - Ensuring excellent communication between students, faculty, and employers. - Preparing and presenting placement reports to management. In terms of qualifications, the company requires a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales. The work location for this role is in person.
