Education Counselor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, benefits, and career outcomes. Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses based on their academic background and aspirations. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups effectively to convert leads into enrollments. Maintain and update CRM with student interactions and lead status. Assist in onboarding students and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement campaigns and strategies. Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets and KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Marketing preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and helping students succeed. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency. Prior experience in counseling or telesales is a plus but not mandatory.
