Education Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Student Guidance: Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, programs, or career paths based on their interests, strengths, and career goals.
• Admission Assistance: Guide students through the application, admission, and enrollment process for schools, colleges, or universities.
• Career Counseling: Provide advice on career opportunities, skill development, and future academic pathways.
• Information Sharing: Explain details of programs, course structures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and financial aid.
• Student Support: Address academic or personal concerns affecting a student’s education, and provide solutions or referrals.
• Workshops & Seminars: Organize counseling sessions, career fairs, and workshops to guide students on educational and career opportunities.
• Parent Interaction: Communicate with parents to address queries and update them on their child’s progress or career direction.
• Documentation: Maintain records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic guidance provided.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with new educational trends, university tie-ups, admission processes, and job market demands.
• Follow-up: Ensure regular follow-ups with students to monitor their progress and provide continued guidance.
