Job Title: Education Counselor Location: Janakpuri West Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in counseling students, guiding them in making informed academic and career choices, and providing end-to-end support throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on educational opportunities, career pathways, and academic planning. Provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career prospects. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group sessions, and workshops. Assist students with application forms, documentation, and interview preparation. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of current educational trends, admission guidelines, and scholarship opportunities. Maintain student records and follow up to ensure smooth admission processes. Build and nurture strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. Meet counseling and admission targets set by the organization. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience as an Education Counselor, Academic Advisor, or similar role. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to empathize with students and guide them effectively. Knowledge of national and international education systems (preferred). Target-driven, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
