Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of video editors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing, social media, corporate, and promotional purposes.
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all video outputs.
Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical guidance to junior editors.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth workflow within the team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing and production.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Experience in handling client communication and feedback.
Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical editing expertise.
