Education Counsellor

We are seeking a motivated and student-centric Study Abroad Counselor to join our team at Star Tower, Sector 30, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through the process of applying to universities abroad, ensuring a smooth journey from counseling to admission and visa approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counseling to students aspiring to study in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend appropriate countries, universities, and courses.
• Handle end-to-end admissions and visa support including document preparation, university applications, and interview readiness.
• Guide students on exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and help them understand eligibility requirements.
• Assist in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and other application documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with university partners and international education bodies.
• Manage student records and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and student recruitment events held on-site or externally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline; education or counseling background preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to connect with students and understand their academic/career aspirations.
• Familiarity with international education systems, university application procedures, and student visa requirements.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in overseas education counseling, international admissions, or study abroad programs.
• Knowledge of CRM tools or student management systems.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and target-driven mindset.
