Role Overview The Team Leader will be responsible for driving individual sales targets while leading a team of executives to achieve collective revenue goals in the education domain.
Key Responsibilities •Achieve personal sales targets along with team targets. •Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance. •Drive lead conversions through effective counseling and consultative sales. •Monitor daily performance, track KPIs, and ensure CRM hygiene. •Support team members in handling escalations and closing deals. •Provide regular feedback to management & Marketing Team on market trends and customer needs. Skills & Competencies •Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. •Strong leadership and people management skills. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling ability. •Data-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated. Qualifications & Experience •Graduate ( preferably from Commerce Background ) •45 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role (Education/EdTech preferred).
