Job Summary: The Sales Executive will drive the sales of educational books to state bookshops, college libraries, and other potential clients. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting daily sales targets. - The candidate will work closely with the Publication Team to ensure sales goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities and gather market feedback. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records and submit regular sales reports. Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in IFAS educational products. Order Processing: Manage sales from contact to delivery, coordinating with logistics. Team Collaboration: Work with the Publication Team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: - Any Graduation (with English proficiency) - Experience in sales, preferably in publishing or education - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Skills: - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of the local market
