Role and Responsibilities : - Dialing 50-80+ calls and counseling students who have enquired about the product/services. - Scheduling free demo lectures for the students. - Doing post demo calls and closing sales. - Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software. - Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile. - Flexible to work on additional days and hours. Lead, mentor & monitor performance of councilor, team lead and Sales manager and ensure target achievement. 4. Implement adequate measures to maximize productivity and revenue generation. 5. Working as an Individual contributor for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 2 months for understanding our process, product and sales workforce before handling a team. Desired Skills and Experience We are looking for somebody who is hardcore business man/woman and loves the sales numbers. Here is a brief list of things that we expect from you. 1.
