Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective students based on provided data.

Identify and qualify potential leads interested in our educational programs.

Maintain a database of leads and update their progress regularly.

2. Information Dissemination:

Provide comprehensive information about our courses, benefits, and admission requirements.

Address inquiries and concerns effectively to help potential students make informed decisions.

3. Documentation and Process Management:

Assist applicants in completing necessary documentation and application forms.

Manage the end-to-end process, including document collection and verification.

4. Cross-Selling and Upselling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell related programs or services to applicants.

Upsell additional educational offerings to maximize revenue.

5. Conversion:

Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasion to convert leads into admissions.

Meet or exceed monthly admission targets.

6. Relationship Building:

Build strong and lasting relationships with prospective students.

Maintain regular follow-ups to keep leads engaged throughout the admission process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
