Education Counsellor

The Education Counselor will be responsible for guiding and counseling students about academic programs, courses, and career opportunities offered by Be Medic Academy. The role involves handling student inquiries, providing accurate information, supporting admissions, and ensuring smooth student engagement from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities: prospective students through phone calls and online platforms about the courses and programs offered. Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and provide appropriate guidance. Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, course structure, fees, and other details. Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up with prospective students regularly. Assist students in the application and enrollment process. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets. Organize and participate in career guidance sessions, webinars, and promotional events. Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders. Provide feedback and reports on student queries, counseling sessions, and admissions trends. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to counsel, persuade, and build rapport with students. Knowledge of educational programs and healthcare-related courses (preferred). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare/Management/Education preferred). MBA in HR/Marketing/Education Management 0–2 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or student handling (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
