Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Education Coordinator. The responsibilities include designing and implementing educational and training programs, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver educational initiatives, ensuring content is aligned with pedagogy standards, and providing excellent customer service to learners and educational partners. The Education Coordinator will work closely with the curriculum development team and provide support to ensure seamless execution and quality delivery of learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Background and expertise in Education and Pedagogy to design and implement effective learning programs.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with learners, partners, and stakeholders professionally and clearly.
• Experience in Training delivery, facilitation, and improvement of learning experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in education, training, or instructional design are a plus.
