Education Coach for XSEED India Singapore headquartered XSEED Education's flagship business is SuperTeacher, a comprehensive school based edtech program built on the XSEED method. The program enhances conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, English language expression, and confidence. The XSEED PreK-8 academic program runs through schools and aligns with all major International and Indian standards (e.g. CBSE). The results of the program indicate that XSEED children perform better on problem-solving by +20% or more, versus other students, and improve by up to +50% by the time they finish middle school. XSEED has reached two million children, upskilled and certified over 100,000 teachers, in several countries including India, the Philippines, and the Middle East. Duties and Responsibilities An Education Coach at XSEED is responsible to ensure seamless implementation of the program in the allocated schools & also ensuring retention of all children for the next academic year, Own high quality academic implementation in schools by delivering great classes, coaching teachers in the classroom, resolving implementation challenges and building relationships with school leaders. Specifically, the role requires, Impart training workshops, demonstration classes, classroom observation with the teachers and orient parents. Identify, respond to and resolve all academic, servicing and any other challenge in real- time by communicating clearly across all levels. Communicate and maintain high degree of satisfaction with all stakeholders (Owner, Principal, Teachers, Parents) Position the XSEED program value-proposition to retain our school relationship every year and upgrading schools to our full program offering Candidate is responsible for business retention and business growth for the assigned schools under him/her. The Person: Exceptional communication + presentation skills and very high level of energy, integrity and perseverance. Knowledge of the local language is essential Minimum 2 years of experience teaching NU - Grade 8 or experience in Teacher Training Willing to Travel extensively
