EdTech Inside Sales Associate

1️⃣ Lead Management & Outreach Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/parents. Qualify and prioritize leads from CRM or marketing campaigns. Maintain 100% follow-up on assigned leads. 2️⃣ Sales Conversion Understand customer needs and recommend the right courses/products. Conduct effective counseling sessions to drive enrollments. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (enrollments & revenue). 3️⃣ Customer Relationship Building Build trust and rapport with prospective learners and parents. Address objections and provide relevant information to aid decision-making. Ensure a positive customer experience at all stages of the sales cycle. 4️⃣ Product Knowledge & Pitching Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all courses, features, and pricing. Customize sales pitch based on learner profile and needs. 5️⃣ Reporting & Documentation Update CRM with accurate lead status and call notes. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager. 6️⃣ Collaboration Work closely with marketing and operations teams for smooth enrollment processing. Share feedback on lead quality and market trends. 7️⃣ Compliance & Quality Follow sales scripts, company policies, and ethical sales practices. Maintain high call quality standards and adhere to compliance guidelines.
