Role Overview

EdTech Coordinator / Strategy Planner

been in pre-launch EdTech teams

You’ll work closely with the founder, designers, tech team, and education consultants to bring clarity, structure, and speed to everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Support

  pre-launch operations

  , product readiness, and team coordination
• Plan, track, and execute go-to-market and pilot strategies
• Build content & launch calendars with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate between instructional designers, media teams, tech developers, and marketing
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for key roles
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and user feedback analysis
• Help build scalable frameworks for content, partnerships, and delivery
• Participate in investor presentations, product demos, and client onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in EdTech, preferably with

  early-stage/startup experience

• Proven ability to work in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Understanding of instructional design, LMS platforms, and education models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and highly organized
• Based in (or open to relocate to)

  Bangalore or Kochi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Education, Business, EdTech, or related field
