Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a BDE/BDM (Business Development Executive/Manager) at LearningBIX, located in Ahmedabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and establishing partnerships. Daily tasks include market research, client meetings, proposal development, and sales presentations. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing market trends to drive business growth and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Research and Analysis
• Excellent Business Development and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Proposal Development, and Sales Presentations
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or technology industry is a plus
